THE WEBSITE has been independently set up to encourage and facilitate interaction between users of, and other persons interested in, the PhotoRAW computer software program ("THE PROGRAM") and does not represent as being affiliated with, or endorsed by, the makers of THE PROGRAM.
THE SERVICE is provided by Dayo Akanji, the owner and operator of THE WEBSITE (THE OPERATOR) and THE SERVICE, or any part thereof, may be provided by THE OPERATOR on behalf of a licensor or collaborator (“AFFILIATES”).
THE OPERATOR controls and operates THE WEBSITE from the Kingdom of Bahrain ("THE LOCATION") and does not represent that THE SERVICE is appropriate for use outside of THE LOCATION.

What PII may be Collected?

Will Any of the PII Received Be Shared?

THE OPERATOR may share PII with applicable AFFILIATES.
Agents:
THE OPERATOR may engage other entities to assist in delivering services, material or functionality and may need to share information with such entities accordingly. THE OPERATOR's agents shall not have any rights to use any PII shared with them beyond what is necessary to execute their tasks. You hereby consent to sharing of PII for the above purposes.
Business Transfers:
In some cases, THE OPERATOR may choose to buy or sell assets and such transactions may involve the transfer of PII. Moreover, if THE WEBSITE, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that THE OPERATOR goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, PII could be one of the assets transferred to, or acquired by, a third party. THE SERVICE may permit you and other users of THE SERVICE, to link to, or may itself provide links to, other applications or websites ("OTHER CONCERNS"). Such OTHER CONCERNS are not under THE OPERATOR's control, and such links neither constitute an endorsement by THE OPERATOR of such OTHER CONCERNS nor of the products, services, or functionality, offered through them.
The privacy and security practices of such OTHER CONCERNS linked to on, or by, THE SERVICE are not covered by THE PRIVACY POLICY and THE OPERATOR is not responsible for the privacy policies, security practices or the content of such OTHER CONCERNS.
Can Children Use The Site?
THE SERVICE is not intended for minors. THE OPERATOR does not knowingly or specifically collect information about minors and believes that minors should get parental consent before giving out any PII. THE OPERATOR encourages you to participate in, and monitor, your child’s web experience.
